Kayleb O'Connor

Kayleb joined Breene & Breene in March 2022 when he moved from a small practice in Wollongong.  Since joining Breene & Breene, Kayleb has acted in an array of matters.  Kayleb’s main areas of practice include wills & estates, family provision claims, trusts, commercial litigation, employment law and debt recovery.

 

Kayleb has experience in a number of Courts, including the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales as well as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the NSW Local and District Court, and the NSW Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

 

Kayleb enjoys working closely with clients and views each client and each matter as its own “Rubik’s Cube” requiring a tailored approach to achieve the best result for Breene & Breene’s clients.

 

Outside of the law, Kayleb enjoys golf, hockey, fishing and camping.

  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, GDLP, College of Law, 2022

  • Admitted Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 22 July 2022

  • Admitted Solicitor to the High Court of Australia on 14 September 2022
