Glenn Buchanan, Solicitor

Glenn has been with Breene & Breene since 2014 and has acted on a range of different matters for the firm.  Glenn’s main areas of practice include industrial and employment law, commercial leasing, debt recovery, business and commercial transactions, estate and criminal law.

 

Glenn has also had carriage of a number of litigious matters in a variety of different jurisdictions, including the NSW Local, District and Supreme Courts, Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court of Australia, as well as Fair Work Commission, Australian Human Rights Commission, and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

 

Prior to joining Breene & Breene Solicitors, Glenn completed an internship with the Public Defenders’ Office of New South Wales, gaining invaluable experience assisting on a large variety of difficult criminal proceedings.

 

Outside the law, Glenn’s interests are centred on family, good food, sport and live music.
