John is a founding partner of Breene & Breene,
Solicitors, established in April 2006.

John is an accredited specialist in Commercial
Litigation / Corporations Law as approved by the
Specialist Accreditation Board of the Law Society
of New South Wales.

John has practiced in commercial litigation and
dispute resolution since 1994 in a wide range of
jurisdictions including litigation in the High Court
of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales,
the Federal Court, the District Court, and the Industrial
Relations Commission.

John’s areas of expertise include commercial and company law, corporations law, insolvency, defamation, and general commercial disputes.

Prior to establishing Breene & Breene, Solicitors, John worked at top tier law firms, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Banki Haddock Fiora, Lawyers. John’s significant experience in State and Federal jurisdictions stands the firm in good stead when acting in both simple and complex legal disputes.
